    Certified Angus Beef filet mignon, paired with buttery lobster tail. Served with Mashed potatoes and asparagus, finished with a drizzle of herb garlic butter.
  • Bluefin Tuna
    Blackened tuna filet seared rare over shrimp fried rice and Asian stir-fried vegetables, csabai, and dressed in sesame seeds.
  • Lobster & Crab Cake Delights
    Broiled lobster tail paired with a house-made jumbo lump crab cake, served over seasoned rice with sautéed yellow squash, zucchini, carrots, and onions. Accompanied by drawn butter and tartar sauce.
  • Rockfish Bouillabaisse
    Seared rockfish over saffron yellow rice, nestled in a rich tomato saffron broth with jumbo shrimp, PEI mussels, and fresh herbs. Topped with a charred sourdough crostino.
  • Soft Crab Duo
    Crispy Pan seared soft shell crabs served over summer crab corn succotash with sautéed squash and green beans. Accompanied by house-made remoulade and lemon garlic aioli.
  • Sea Bass & Scallops
    Fresh Chilean Seabass oven baked and served over seafood risotto. Topped with red and yellow peppers, broccoli, and scallops. Finished with lemon beurre blanc sauce.
