Special 3 Course Prix Fixe Dinner Menu – $55 per person

Includes one selection from each course:

First Course – Starter Selections:
Mango Shrimp Ceviche
Carpaccio
Tuna Tartare with Avocado
Cream of Crab Soup
Bruschetta Caprese

Second Course – Entrée Selections:
Chilean Sea Bass: Fresh oven-baked Chilean sea bass served over corn succotash and sautéed spinach, finished with a lemon beurre blanc sauce.

Ribeye: Certified Angus Beef, hand-cut and served over garlic mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus.

Crab Stuffed Chicken: Chicken breast stuffed with succulent crab meat, served with creamy mashed potatoes and green beans, finished with a garlic lemon butter sauce.

Seared Scallops: Jumbo pan-seared scallops served with seafood risotto, topped with corn purée and sautéed spinach.

Salmon: Grilled salmon topped with mango cilantro salsa, served with coconut rice and grilled asparagus.

Lobster Dinner: Two oven-baked lobsters, accompanied by wild rice, green beans, and melted butter.
