Cream of Crab, Maryland Crab, Bipartisan, or French Onion Soup

The Wedge, Spinach, or Caesar Salad

Entree Selections:

Tenderloin Beef Stroganoff: Beef tenderloin tossed with pappardelle pasta, sauteed onions, sliced mushrooms, sour cream and poivrade.

Blackened Chicken Alfredo: Blackened chicken with pappardelle pasta with Alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes and green onions.

Certified Angus Beef Burgers: 3/4 pound on a King's Hawaiian bun with fresh, hand-pulled fries.

Grilled Chicken Club: Grilled chicken breast with smoked mozzarella, smoked bacon, avocado & red onion, with hand-pulled fries.

Chicken Caesar Salad: Romaine hearts with Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan and grilled chicken.

Lobster Macaroni: Cavatapi pasta tossed with Chesapeake mornay and chunks of lobster.

Crispy Fish Sandwich: Beer battered Fresh Atlantic Cod, flash fried. Topped with melted gruyere and hand-pulled fries.

Crab Cake Sandwich: Jumbo lump crab sauteed in butter with hand-pulled fries.

Fish & Chips: Fresh Atlantic Cod dipped in Fordham Gypsy Lager batter with hand-pulled fries.

Tenderloin Beef Stroganoff: Beef tenderloin tossed with pappardelle pasta, sauteed onions, sliced mushrooms, sour cream and poivrade.

Blackened Chicken Alfredo: Blackened chicken with pappardelle pasta with Alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes and green onions.

Gourmet Street Tacos: Chicken, steak, or salmon on corn tortillas with diced white onions and cilantro. Served with pico de gallo, limes, Spanish rice and jalapeno ranch.

Yellowfin Tuna: Blackened and pan seared, rare. Served over shrimp fried rice and topped with Asian stir fry vegetables drizzled with cucumber/wasabi creme fraiche.

Atlantic Salmon: Farm raised. Simply grilled. Served over wild rice blend. Topped with button mushrooms sauteed in garlic butter.

New York Strip Steak: 10 ounce, grilled. Served over garlic mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus and poivrade sauce.

Jumbo Lump Crab Cake: 100% Jumbo lump 6 ounce crab cake, sauteed in butter. Served with wild rice blend and haricot verte.

Beer Battered Crunchy Shrimp: Dredged in Fordham Gypsy Lager batter and fried crispy Served with Asian fried rice and zesty aioli.
